The Global Trade Competition 2025 (GTC 2025) is a premier case competition that gives students the chance to apply business strategy, global trade, and market entry skills in a real-world scenario.

Each year, the competition features a real company and an export challenge.

Global Trade Competition Case 2025:

"How to Export Ben-Amun’s Handcrafted Jewelry to India?"
Teams will act as global trade consultants for Ben-Amun, a handcrafted jewelry brand.

Participants will analyze and develop a comprehensive export strategy that tackles:

Trade regulations & compliance

Pricing & competitive strategy

Logistics & distribution channels

Market research & cultural adaptation

Students will compete to present their solutions, win cash prizes, and gain career-enhancing opportunities!

Competition Structure

Team Formation:
  • 2 students per team (2 undergraduates OR 1 undergraduate & 1 graduate)
Submission Format:
  • 5-minute video presentation showcasing the export strategy.
  • PowerPoint presentation to support key insights & recommendations (Ensure the PowerPoint requirements (cover slide, bibliography, etc.) are detailed clearly.)
Competition Rounds:
     1️⃣ Preliminary Round – Teams submit their video presentations.
     2️⃣ Finals – Five teams present in the final round and the top three are chosen.
     3️⃣ Awards Ceremony – Winners are recognized at World Trade Week NYC.
