The Competition is open to teams comprised of students enrolled in colleges and universities (“Participants”) in New York.

All Participants understand and agree that Ben-Amun Co. Inc. (“the Sponsoring Company”) is free to use all presentations, presentation files and videos, images, written summaries or other materials included in their presentations (Content Material). The Sponsoring Company’s right to use (or elect not to use) all contest materials, in any reasonable manner it sees fit for a period of one year from conclusion of the contest, provided such use is solely for the Sponsoring Company’s marketing campaign for entry into the nation of India . Participants grant the Sponsoring Company and its assignees the right, title and interest, both in the United States and worldwide, to such materials for this purpose for a one-year term.

Participants may use Artificial Intelligence for research purposes. However, all Participants agree NOT to use artificial intelligence to write or prepare submissions. Participants also authorize the contest sponsor and Sponsoring Company and its assignees to use Participant’s name with any and all of these Contest Materials for commercial or noncommercial use (including advertising) in any forms of media including, without limitation, television, social media, websites, and print media. Participants understand that the Sponsoring Company will attribute the pertinent portion of the marketing campaign to them.”

Participants will be provided certain information for purposes of preparing their Contest Materials. By signing below, each Participant agrees that it is receiving and will use any information solely for purposes of the contest and will not otherwise publicize or disclose this information without written permission of the competition organizer and Sponsoring Company.
